Staten Island University Hospital is excited to be offering a one year Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship position for graduating EM residents from ACGME-accredited programs. The fellow will spend the year training in the basic and advanced applications in Emergency Ultrasound. The fellow will be involved in weekly image review, monthly lectures for the faculty, residents and medical students as well as hospital wide ultrasound teaching opportunities. The fellow will have the opportunity to participate in monthly journal club with two other ultrasound fellowship programs, attend city wide ultrasound rounds, and attend regional and national conferences. There is also opportunity to teach ultrasound in an international setting.
